Acromatic Plastics has moved into a new 110,000 square foot "state of the art" manufacturing facility on Jungle Road in Leominster. We are looking for self-motivated individuals qualified to become part of our future vision.

Production

Molding Machine Operators

Responsible for tending molding machines, quality inspection of product as required, and maintaining cycle time. Two to four week training period.

Process Technician

Responsible for the efficient running of Injection Molding Machines with emphasis on maintaining quality production.  Should possess the ability to start up production runs, understand quality issues and procedures and a knowledge of engineering resins.  Must be able to communicate well and be able to articulate production issues and recommended improvements to Management.  Three to Five years experience in this field preferred.

Production Handler

Responsible for the labeling, sealing of boxes, and movement of finished production to the warehouse.  Duties include housekeeping of the production floor and raw material handling to the moulding machines.

High School Diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.  Two to four week training period.

Training Specialist

Responsible for the relieving, training, and monitoring of all product inspectors/machine tenders, and performing in-process inspection during break periods.  Attention must be given to workmanship, cosmetics, proper packaging and other characteristics as directed by quality.  Notify the appropriate personnel when non-conforming condition are observed.
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
