Network and Computer Hardware - Operating Systems
- System Overview: A 100 Base T Windows NT network which encompasses programming, office, CAD seat and shop floor workstations. UPS power protection, raid disk arrays and automatic tape backup systems, which are used for redundant reliability. Multiple HP LaserJet printers and an HP DesignJet 700 A-E size plotter, which are used for hard copy printout. Each station has MS Office. This installation is linked to corporate network via a thin Ethernet backbone to provide electronic mail support.
- Network Hardware - Server: Dell Poweredge 4100 Server, Intel 100Mhz PCI Ethernet adapter, Connor 4/32Gb DDS2/DAT SCSI tape backup with autoloader.
