We utilize an integrated production monitoring system (IQMS) which intuitively combines real-time manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain management and accounting into one database for an efficiently managed and improved business process.
Our Quality lab utilizes both CMM and Vision System technology for photo-microscopy and dimensional analyses. Statistical Process Control is used as a proces control tool and we routinely plot performance charts and generate CPK analyses. We have a comprehensive sample retain program and provide long-term storage to suit individual customer requirements.
Our Secondary department enables us to support your post production needs, and see your project through to completion.
An integrated modern warehouse is managed with an electronic (scanning) inventory control system. The warehouse has expansive dedicated storage space available to help reduce associated supply chain costs.
Our fully equipped CNC Tooling department provides complete developmental and operational support.
