Process and Fact Based Approach to Management
We use a Six Sigma approach to building and maintaining our processes. We rely on facts and data to make decisions and utilize this methodology to develop, implement and improve the effectiveness of our QMS.

The following topics illustrate how we incorporate Collaborative Management into our daily operation:
- Safety along with housekeeping and cleanliness is primary in our operations. We clean as we work and utilize the 5-S
(Sort / Set in order / Shine / Standardize / Sustain) approach in our manufacturing operation.
- Open communication. We re-enforce the concept of TEAMWORK by using company meetings, department meetings, shift and "crew-huddles". We use this process to constantly find better ways to do things and to keep customer satisfaction and our quality policy both real and relevant.
- As a One-Stop Value Added Supplier, we always consider a process in terms of cost and added value to the customer. Using process and input-output reviews, we take a Poka-Yoke (Mistake Proof) approach to constructing the necessary quality plans.
- We continuously and objectively examine the effectiveness of our management system by evaluating multiple performance indicators such as On-time delivery and Customer Satisfaction (Refer to our metrics list).
- We are alert to opportunities for improvement and turn every Corrective or Preventive Action into organizational training events.
